The old Carrier system was worn out, so we replaced both halves. New outdoor unit and a matched air handler running R-454B, the newer low-GWP refrigerant. We added an Air Scrubber for cleaner indoor air, pressure-tested with nitrogen before charging, and kept the floors covered the whole time.

Protect & prep
We protect your floors and work areas and shut off power to the system.
Old system out
Refrigerant is recovered, then the old condenser and coil come out and leave with us.
New system in
Matched condenser and coil set, lines connected, drain and electrical checked.
Charge & test
We set the refrigerant charge, measure airflow and temperatures, and show you the numbers.
