Allstar is priced per HVAC system: a home with two systems pays the monthly price twice. All-Pro is $34 a month for the first system and MVP is $49 a month for the first system; each additional system is $19 a month on All-Pro and $24 a month on MVP. Home upkeep tasks and the yearly walk-through are done once per home. Standard 1-inch filters included; specialty and media filters are quoted. Every plan is a one-year commitment, billed monthly, and renews each year. If a plan is canceled before the first year is up, the remaining monthly payments for that year and any member discounts already used are due.

What we check

Most breakdowns start as something small: a weak capacitor, a clogged drain, a dirty coil. A tune-up is where we catch them, before they shut the system down in the middle of a Dallas summer.

After each visit we tell you what we found and what, if anything, needs attention, with the price in writing.
