A repair is not always the wrong call. We price both so you can compare. Replacement usually makes sense when several of these are true.
If the repair costs a large share of a new system and the unit is near the end of its life, the money is usually better spent on the new system.

How long does an AC replacement take?
Most straight swaps of a condenser and coil are finished in a day. Jobs that need duct changes or a new furnace can take longer. We tell you the plan when we quote.
Should I replace the furnace at the same time?
Not always. If the furnace is in good shape and works with the new coil, we keep it. If it is old or mismatched, we will show you both options and prices.
Repair or replace: how do I decide?
We price both. Look at the age of the system, how often it has needed repairs, and what the repair costs compared with a new system. We will tell you plainly which one we would choose for our own house.
